OC Ministries, formerly called Operation Classroom: MN, was approved as an official ministry of the Minnesota United Methodist Conference in 1988.  Since then, hundreds of thousands of dollars have been raised for projects, served by thousands of international and local volunteers at fifty sites in seven countries.
